Terms of Use (EULA)

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "EULA") carefully before using the AdminGuide mobile application (the "App") operated by Christophe G. Weber ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AdminGuide is an AI-powered administrative assistant that helps users scan, understand, and manage their documents and mail. The App provides features including document scanning, AI analysis, text-to-speech, and document management.

3. Subscriptions

Some features of the App require a paid subscription ("Premium Subscription").

• Subscription Plans: AdminGuide Premium is available as a monthly auto-renewable subscription.
• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload or transmit any malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App to infringe upon the rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
• Use automated systems to access the App without our permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Christophe G. Weber and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze and interpret documents. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated analyses and summaries are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as legal, financial, or professional advice. You should always verify important information with qualified professionals.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload to the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Christophe G. Weber and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
